  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the delivery note is included inside.

  Ship the Item

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
